Surventis Appoints Dr. Rebecca Koch Chief Human Resources Officer

Surventis announced the appointment of Dr. Rebecca Koch as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee. In this role she will be responsible for further developing the global HR organization of Surventis, with a particular focus on culture, leadership, and the people foundation for the company’s performance ambition. She brings more than 15 years of international HR leadership experience, most recently at software group Nemetschek and at DB Schenker, where she was responsible for up to 50,000 employees across Europe.

Earlier in her career, Koch held several HR leadership positions at the US medical technology company Becton Dickinson, most recently responsible for Talent & Culture in the Greater Asia region, based in Singapore. She led people development and change management at airberlin, and started her career at Bain & Company.

Koch follows Markus Dinslacken. “Markus guided the HR organization through the carve-out from BASF, building the foundation on which the HR organization stands today.
